Water protects tissue, spinal cord and joints

Water is used to quench your thirst and regulate your body temperature; it also keeps your wet body tissues. You know how it feels when your eyes, nose or mouth is dry? Keeping the body hydrated helps maintain optimal humidity levels in these sensitive areas as well as in the bloodstream, bones and brain. In addition, the water helps protect the spinal cord and acts as a lubricant and shock absorber for the joints.
