In the previous Mindful Technique sessions, we have practiced to keep our mind calm, relax and reduce the random flow of thoughts. Also we practiced to divert our random thoughts, to positive ideas, enabling our mind power to create a path towards our goal. Those are the most important stages you must complete, before continuing further.

If you have not completed the previous sessions, it’s highly recommended to complete those sessions first. This is the series of Mindful Technique to attract anything, and you must follow this step by step.

Listening and following this rhythm regularly twice a day, will first help release your anxiety, and control your mind. Once your mind starts following the rhythm, it will never create the thoughts randomly. Your mind gets power to focus on your dream.

Always remember: a Sharp Memory is the Key to Problem Solving Mind. This session will help your mind to unlock problem solving strategies, along with thinking positive. This will enable a positive attitude in you, to look for a solution in any problem or situation. All those useless random thoughts will be gone by now, because you know how to twist them for your desires. Those previous exercises have started improving your memory, which you must be feeling by now. Your mind has many fruitful ideas, which you may follow to achieve your goal.

At the end of this 9 day session, you know how to keep your mind calm, and relax. Your mind will be stepping into an Improved Memory & Problem Solving state, and that alertness in your body and mind will help you even more. You will feel the power of making accurate decisions, accessing the root cause of the problem, crafting the best solution, along with the enhanced aura of positive energy from your head to toe. This aura of energy is an essential key to the power of attraction.

In this session, first relax for a few minutes, then Think of your goal, think about the key factors to achieve that, how you are going to make a path for that. Just Listen calmly, and follow the rhythm. Slowly start focusing on the rhythm, the ups and downs of this rhythm, will make a plan for you, to achieve your goal in your mind, and your sharp memory will remember that.

There’s always, a good and bad outcome, of a plan, here, your enhanced sharp memory, will play a vital role, in making, accurate decision.
