Samakonasana
Exercise-66: Samakonasana
- Stand with feet together and arms at the sides.
- Raise the arms straight up with fingers pointing forward.
- Bend the body at the spinal base to form a right angle.
- Look forward but keep the spine straight.
- Practice for a maximum of 10 times.
- Breathing-
- Inhale while lifting the arms and raising the trunk.
- Exhale while bending forward.
- Practice normal breathing in the right angle position.
Benefits-
It rectifies spinal curvature and poor posture.
