Pranamasana
Position-1: Pranamasana (The Prayer Posture)
- Stand erect with the feet together.
- Place palms together in front of the chest
- Relax the whole body
Breathing- Normal and steady.
Mantra- Om Mitraya Namah (salutations to the friend of all)
