Position-8: Parvatasana (The mountain posture)

  • It is a repeat of position-5.
  • From the arched back position assume the mountain posture as described in Position-5.

Breathing Exhale as you raise the hips.
Mantra Om Marichaye Namaha ( Salutations to the Lord of the dawn).
