Exercise-31: Front & sideways viewing

  • Maintain the same position as in exercise 30.
  • Place left thumb on the left knee keeping the thumb pointing upwards.
  • Hold right thumb to the right of the body so that it points upwards.
  • Without moving the head, focus the eyes on the left thumb- then on the right thumb and return to the left thumb.
  • Repeat 15020 times.
  • Rest and close the eyes- practicing the eyes mentally with eyes closed.
  • Repeat the same on the left side of the body.
