Water is good for human body. It maintains good health.The one thing we cannot live

without Water. Water is more important to human body than any of the 50 nutrients we

require daily and has no calories. While we can survive 1 and 2 weeks without food,

but we perish after just three to four days without water. Not drinking enough water

is unhealthy.

waters: just look to the veggies, fruits, and spices you’re already using in your

kitchen. Almost any herb, fruit, veggie-infused or spice water you can make it

add a new level of deliciousness and healthy hydration to your day. And you’ll be

shocked—pleasantly—by how much flavor a branch of rosemary or a slice of Grapefruit

peel can impart. Add even less imagine flavors like cilantro and ginger. You’ll have

and mint ice cubes. Simply think chop your additive of choice, and add it to your

ice cube tray along with water, and then freeze. You may also consider juice, tea,

or coffee cubes. If you want to be better creative, use ice cube trays that come in

fun shapes, like stars, circles, or even fish.
